AGREEMENTS OF SALE:

This pup is guaranteed against any congenital or hereditary defects that would prevent it from living a normal life. Should any such defect become evident within the first year after purchase the puppy will be replaced with a comparable pup at the earliest possible time. Written proof from a Veterinarian of such defect must be presented (and may be verified by the seller's Veterinarian).  No cash refund or other compensation for expenses will be given.  The Seller warrants that to the best of their knowledge this dog is in good healthy condition.  Noted exceptions below are communicated to buyer at/before purchase time and are not included in warranty: ___________________________

The Buyer agrees to take the responsibility for proper care of the dog and take dog to his/her Veterinarian for regular health checks and vaccinations.  

The Buyer must take the dog to a licensed veterinarian within ___ days of the time of acquisition. Any implied health warranty is void if the buyer does not make the required vet visit within the prescribed time period.  The buyer must finish the series of puppy vaccines for full protection against communicable canine diseases.

This guarantee does not cover: Hypoglycemia, Coccidiosis, Giardia, hernias, weight, ears standing, breeding ability, temperament, or adult size.  Seller is not responsible for immunity level, mites, pneumonia, mange, heatstroke, ringworm, conjunctivitis, fleas, ticks, and ear infections once puppy has left seller's hands.

Deposits: 

We will reserve a puppy without a deposit until that puppy is 8 weeks old (or ready to go to their home).  We will require a deposit if we hold the puppy more than 1 week or if we will be traveling farther than 50 miles to meet you for delivery.  If you cancel the delivery or do not show up, your deposit is non-refundable.  If you come to pick up your puppy and find the puppy unsuitable, we will refund your deposit minus $10 gas charge.  If you purchase the puppy, the deposit will go toward the cost of the puppy.  Deposit will be 10% of purchase price.
